钢企煤气电厂海水直流冷却水系统瞬态流案例分析

摘要 煤气电厂采用的海水直流冷却水系统属于大流量低扬程供水系统,易发生水锤事故。采用美国AFT公司Impules6压力系统水锤分析程序,模拟该系统主要设备的工作过程,进行停泵水锤分析。选择在泵站出口管道上设置调压井,可有效保障海水直流冷却水系统的安全稳定运行。 The seawater direct flow cooling water system used in gas power plant is a water supply system with large flow and low lift,which is prone to water hammer accidents.Using the water hammer analysis program of impales 6 pressure system of American AFT company,the working process of the main equipment of the system is simulated,and a pump stop water hammer analysis is carried out.The set up of a surge tank on the outlet pipe of pump station can effectively guarantee the safe and stable operation of the seawater direct cooling water system.
