摘要
基于润滑系统进水后润滑油性能会产生变化的原理,设计一种电化学阻抗谱(EIS)传感器,检测润滑油中混入水量的数值,建立精轧机轧辊箱密封状态在线监控系统。通过实时监测润滑油中含水量的变化趋势,通过预警提示检修人员及时更换报警显示的轧辊箱的双唇密封,解决了精轧机组无法及时判断轧辊箱双唇密封失效的问题。
Based on the principle that the performance of lubricating oil will change when water enters the lubricating system,an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)sensor was designed to detect the amount of water mixed in the lubricating oil,to establish an online monitoring system for the sealing state of the roller box of the finishing mill.The change trend of the water content in the lubricating oil is monitored in real time,so the maintenance personnel are prompted to timely replace the double-lip seal of the roller box displayed by the alarm,which solves the problem that finishing mill cannot judge the failure of double lip seal of roll box in time.
