摘要
在加热炉的炉温控制系统中存在大量干扰,其中的处理对象温度具有非线性,大惯性,大滞后和时变等特性。传统的PID控制算法在控制具有大滞后过程的加热炉系统中时常会有超调和振荡等现象,并且抗干扰能力不强。对比传统的PID控制,将预测PI算法结合到此过程对象中进行研究和仿真,仿真结果表明基于预测PI的控制算法具有良好的鲁棒性和快速性,可以很好地抑制住大滞后、时变等的影响,非常具有实际应用价值。
There are a lot of interferences in the furnace temperature control system of the heating furnace,among which the temperature of processed object has the characteristics of nonlinearity,large inertia,large lag and time-varying.The traditional PID control algorithm often has the phenomenon of overshoot and oscillation in the heating furnace system with large lag process,and its anti-interference ability is not strong.Compared with traditional PID control,the predictive PI algorithm is combined with this process object for research and simulation,and the simulation results show that the predictive PI control algorithm has good robustness and rapidity,can well suppress the effect of large lag and timevarying and has great practical application value.
