摘要 某电厂由于供热采暖指标的大幅增加,需要增大供热能力,但是该电厂抽汽凝汽式机组的实际抽汽量有限,采用抽汽供暖满足不了供热量的需求。根据电厂的实际需求经过分析后,决定采用背压式机组供热改造方案。背压式机组供热改造主要是采用低压光轴转子,中压排汽除了少部分减温减压后用于低压转子的冷却外,其余直接排至热网加热器,完全满足了供热量的需求。 A power plant needs to increase the heating capacity because of large increase in heating index, but the actual extracting and condensing unit of the power plant has limited extracting capacity, and the use of extracting heating can not meet the demand for heat supply. According to the actual demand of the power plant, it is decided to adopt the heating renovation scheme of the backpressure unit. The heating transformation of the backpressure unit is mainly based on the low-pressure optical rotor. In addition to the cooling of the low-pressure rotor after a small part of the pressure reduction and decompression, the rest is directly discharged to the heat network heater to fully meet the demand for heat supply.
