摘要
针对某台汽轮发电机组发生的不稳定振动故障问题,通过对机组振动的测试、分析故障发展的历史趋势,判定故障原因为轴承松动并通过翻瓦检查验证了判定的准确性。提出了解决措施,最后总结了故障的机理,为同类型故障提供技术参考。
The unsteady vibration occurred on a turbo generator unit. It was determined that the bearing looseness is the main reason of the fault by vibration test and analysis the history. The cause of vibration is clarified by pad inspection,which shows the accuracy of the determination. Then we put forward specific measures to solve the fault. At last, the mechanism is analyzed, which provides technical references for the fault.
