某国家级事业单位离退休人员健康管理模式初探

Tentative exploration on the health management mode of retirees in a national public institution

目的在离退休人员中推行健康管理模式,以疾病预防为主,强调早预防、早诊断、早治疗及早康复,为离退休人员健康生活方式提供指导。方法采用文献研究法,以某国家级事业单位离退休人员健康管理模式为实例,对其采用的相关健康管理方式进行分析。结果该单位对离退休人员的健康管理模式进行了积极探索,已实施健康管理与健康促进多项措施,二者互相结合,互相促进。充分发挥某单位在疾病预防控制工作领域的优势,加强在传染病、营养、慢病、环境等方面知识的宣传。在促进离退休人员身体健康的同时,还积极通过丰富的文娱活动促进他们的心理健康。通过健康管理和健康促进多项措施,离退休人员及时调整生活方式,保证了自身身体健康和精神健康的最大化,健康管理意识及健康知识普遍提升。结论结合该单位专业优势和实际需求,探索出适合离退休人员的健康管理模式,提高该群体的生活质量。

Objective To carry out health management mode among retirees,focus on diseases prevention,emphasize early prevention,early diagnosis,early treatment and early rehabilitation,and provide guidance for healthy lifestyle of retirees.Methods By using the method of literature research and taking the health management model of retirees in a national public institution as an example,the related health management modes were analyzed.Results Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention(China CDC) actively explored the health management mode of retirees;implemented health management and health promotion measures which combined each other and promoted each other;gave full play to the advantages of China CDC in the field of disease prevention and control,strengthened the propaganda of knowledge on infectious diseases,nutrition,chronic diseases and environment.Meantime these retirees timely adjusted their health behavior patterns to ensure the optimization of their own physical health and mental health;moreover,the awareness of health management and health knowledge of every retiree were generally improved.Conclusion Based on the professional advantages and actual needs of the unit,a health management mode suitable for retirees is explored to improve the quality of life of this group.
