摘要
N550S是以N55S为母本与恢复系中间材料R187/2032杂交选育而成的优质粳型光温敏核不育系。该不育系不育起点温度低,不育性稳定,易繁殖制种,米质优,配合力好,在武汉自然条件下稳定不育期为29 d,2018年8月通过湖北省农作物品种审定委员会的技术鉴定,所配组合粳两优5066(N550S/R366)已进入湖北省晚粳区试续试。
N550S,derived from the cross between N55S and an intermediate restorer material from R187/R2032,is a new photoperiod-and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS)line in japonica rice.It has a low critical sterilityinducing temperature and stable male sterility.It also shows good grain quality and high combining ability and is easy to conduct multiplication and hybrid seed production.Under natural conditions in Wuhan N550S has a stable sterile period of about 29 days.In August,2018,it was technically identified by the Crop Variety Appraisal Committee of Hubei Province.Its F1 hybrid Jingliangyou 5066(N550 S/R366)was tested in the 2nd year of regional trial for late japonica rice of Hubei Province.
