摘要
教师教育专业认证作为教师质量保障与提升的重要手段,备受各国政府和学者关注。当前国际教师教育专业认证发展趋向"证据为本"的绩效评价,重点关注教师培养效能以及对学生学习产生的积极影响。对美国、澳大利亚、加拿大等发达国家基于证据的教师教育专业认证评估经验进行梳理,有助于对我国有效开展师范专业认证工作提供借鉴。
Teacher education professional accreditation,as one of the significant means to guarantee the quality of teacher education,has attracted much attention from researchers and policy-makers all over the world.At present,the approach of international teacher education professional accreditation has been shifting from input to evidence-based performance evaluation focusing on the effectiveness of teacher preparation and the positive impact on students’ learning.This paper reviewed the evidence-based evaluation of teacher education professional accreditation from the developed countries primarily including the United States,Australia,Canada and UK.It would provide significant implications for teacher education professional accreditation in Chinese context in research,policy and practice.
