摘要
微妙性均衡是当代学校管理的重要取向和手段,指学校管理者对管理决策、知识、情境、手段、行为等的理解和运用恰到好处,保持要素平衡,这依赖于校长的直觉、经验、科学、艺术等多因素整合运用的管理智慧。好的学校管理,善于推动和落实规范、科学、民主、高效、审美的主流价值取向,也正视和运用管理的冗余和模糊、留白和间隙、妥协和缺憾等剩余范畴,建设真实的美好教育生活,即留有余地、十有八九、美中不足的生活。
The subtle balance refers to the correct comprehension and the precise utilization of the decisions, knowledge, context, methods and behavior of school managers to keep different elements balanced. Recently, it has become one of the most critical orientations and methods of school management. It depends on the principal’s wits of reconciling among intuition, experience, science, art and other elements. The effective school management could promote and implement the mainstream value orientation of norms, science, democracy, efficiency, and aesthetic. On the other hand, it could construct a real and wonderful educational life by facing up and utilizing the surplus categories of management such as redundancy and ambiguity, blanks and gaps, and compromises and defects. That is, it purses an educational life with flaws and inadequacies in perfection.
