摘要
介绍了基于FPGA的新型软X射线相机多通道数据采集系统设计.该系统采用LT1819实现单端信号转差分放大,采用FPGA Kintex7-325T-900-2控制LTC2325在SDR和LVDS模式进行模数转换,实现了软X射线相机的多通道数据采集和传输.此系统可采集0~1 MHz内的软X射线相机输出信号,其分辨率可达 0.122 mV.
The design of a new type FPGA-based multi-channel data acquisition system of soft X-ray camera is introduced.LT1819 is adopted to realize single-ended signal to differential amplification in this system.SDR and LVDS modes of LTC2325 are adopted to realize analog-to-digital conversion by FPGA Kintex7-325T-900-2,and multi-channel data of soft X-ray camera acquisition and transmission are realized.This system can collect signals of which frequency ranges from 0 Hz〜1 MHz and the resolution of it can reach 0.122 mV.
