摘要
目的分析河南地区1287例新生儿泪囊炎的致病菌分布及药敏情况.方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2018年12月该院新生儿泪囊炎1287份泪囊分泌物的病原菌培养和药敏结果.结果共检出致病菌1099例,检出率是85.4%.革兰氏阳性菌618株(56.2%),包括金黄色葡萄球菌(19.3%)、表皮葡萄球菌(17.5%)、缓症链球菌(10.4%);革兰氏阴性菌共458株(41.7%),包括流感嗜血杆菌(17.0%)、大肠埃希杆菌(11.5%)、肺炎克雷伯菌(7.4%);真菌23株(2.1%).药敏结果:革兰氏阳性菌对万古霉素的敏感性最高(98.8%),其次为左氧氟沙星(92.4%);革兰氏阴性菌对亚胺培南的敏感性最高(96.1%),其次为环丙沙星(91.4%).红霉素对于革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌的耐药率都是最高的.结论新生儿泪囊炎的致病菌中,革兰氏阳性菌高于革兰氏阴性菌.
Objective To analyze the distribution of pathogenic bacteria and drug susceptibility results in 1287 cases of neonatal dacryocystitis in Henan Province.Methods Retrospective analysis.The pathogen culture and drug susceptibility results of 1287 cases of dacryocystorhin in this hospital from Jan.2018 to Dec.2018 were collected.Results A total of 1099 pathogenic bacteria were detected,and the detection rate was 85.4%.There were 618 Gram-positive bacteria strains(56.2%),included Staphylococ-cus aureus(19.3%),Staphylococcus epidermidis(17.5%),Streptococcus mutans(10.4%).There were 458 Gram-negative bacteria strains(41.7%),included Haemophilus influenzae(17.0%),Escherichia coli(11.5%),Klebsiella pneumoniae(7.4%).There were 23 fungi strains(2.1%).Gram-positive bacteria was the most sensitive to Vancomycin(98.8%),followed by levofloxacin(92.4%).Gram-negative bacteria was the most sensitive to imipenem(96.1%),followed by ciprofloxacin(91.4%).The resistance rate of Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria was the highest for erythromycin.Conclusion Gram-positive bacteria are higher than Gram-negative bacteria in the pathogenic bacteria of neonatal dacryocystitis.
