摘要
根据数据中心设计规范要求,介绍了数据中心IT设备需要的热环境和送回风温湿度,引出了间接蒸发冷却技术应用于数据中心时对应的3种节能运行模式并对运行模式的切换条件进行了计算分析,介绍了3种不同间接蒸发冷却换热芯体在数据中心的应用实例并对国内外现有企业的相关产品主要性能参数进行了分析。总结出利用自然冷源,采用间接蒸发冷却以机械制冷作为冷量补充的组合式空调机组将会是未来大型新建数据中心的发展趋势。
According to the data center design specification requirements,the thermal environment required by the data center IT equipment and the return air temperature and humidity are introduced,which leads to the three energy-saving operation modes corresponding to the indirect evaporative cooling technology applied to the data center and the switching conditions of the operation mode.The calculation and analysis are introduced.The application examples of three different indirect evaporative cooling heat transfer cores in the data center are introduced and the main performance parameters of related products of domestic and foreign enterprises are analyzed.It is concluded that the use of natural cold sources and indirect evaporative cooling with mechanical refrigeration as a supplement to the cooling capacity will be the development trend of large new data centers in the future.
