In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,strengthening the political construction of the Party has important historical and practical significance.As a mass organization of the working class under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,Chinese trade union organizations should respond positively to the demands of the political construction of the Party in the new era,adhere to the road of developing socialist trade unions with Chinese characteristics,consciously accept the Party leadership,constantly strengthen their own capacitybuilding,keep in close touch with workers and staff,serve them,and do a good job of bridging the Parties with the masses of workers.
