摘要
网约经济的快速发展为劳动者创造了更多的就业机会。同时,网络平台就业者的劳动权益维护也越来越受到社会的广泛关注。本文通过对网络平台就业者工作特性的研究,以国际劳工组织提出的体面劳动为视角,建立了包括工资收入、就业保障、工作环境、劳动强度、工作关系和职业发展六个维度的体面劳动评价指标体系,分析了网络平台就业者实现体面劳动的现状和面临的主要问题,并提出了相应的政策建议。
The rapid development of the online economy has created plenty of employment opportunities.At the same time,the labor rights and interests of employees in online service platform are more and more concerned by society.Based on the study of the working characteristics of such companies,the paper based on the decent work put forward by the International Labor Organization,has set up an index system of decent work including the six dimensions,which are wage,job security,working environment,labor intensity,working relationship and professional development.Based on the data analysis of the system,the present situation and main problems of the employment are analyzed,and the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.
