摘要
根据六苴矿床早期开采留下的矿柱开采技术条件,分析选择并设计了中间浅孔拉槽两侧深孔爆破的两步骤回采方案来回收矿柱资源,矿柱回采时先在矿柱中部采用浅孔爆破形成拉槽层,再采用深孔爆破崩落拉槽层两侧剩余矿石资源,该矿柱回采工艺在六苴铜矿进行了应用并取得初步成功,矿柱资源综合回采率88.6%,综合贫化率15.3%,取得了预期效果。
The two steps extraction scheme that slot cut in middle shallow hole and blasting in both sides of deep hole is selected and designed for recovering of ore pillar resources according to the extraction technical conditions of ore pillars left over in early mining period in Liuju deposits.the slot cut layer is formed by blasting in shallow hole in the period of ore pillar extraction,and the deep hole blasting shall be adopted to collapse the rest ore resources on both side of slot cut layer,this ore pillar extraction process is applied successfully in Liuju copper ore,the comprehensive recovery ratio of ore pillar resources is 88.6%,the comprehensive dilution rate is 15.3%,which gets the expected effect.
