摘要
探究了磨矿原理及影响磨矿过程的主要因素,理论结合实践,找出现场球磨机参数存在的问题。通过对充填率、钢球尺寸配比、补加球制度、钢球质量等参数的优化,得出最佳钢球充填率为40%、初装球配比为?准100∶?准80∶?准60∶?准40=30∶20∶20∶30,大小球比为1,以?准100∶?准60=2.3∶1的配比补加钢球,全部使用锻造钢球。最终,使处理能力由245t/d提高到了270t/d,同时钢球单耗由1.52kg/t降低至1.30kg/t,平均磨矿细度由-0.074mm占65.36%提高到72.82%。
The ore grinding principle and the main influence factors of ore grinding process is investigated in order to find out the existing problems of ball mill's parameters.Optimization of filling ratio,steel ball size matching,supplementary ball system,steel ball quality and the other parameters is done,therefore,the best parameters that comes out which are:the best filling ratio of steel ball is 40%,the primary ball matching isφ100∶φ80∶φ60∶φ40=30∶20∶20∶30,the ratio of big and small ball is 1,the supplementary ball system isφ100∶φ60=2.3∶1,forging steel ball should be used.Finally,the processing power is increased from 245 t/d to 270 t/d,the steel ball consumption is decreased from 1.52 kg/t to 1.30 kg/t,the average grinding fineness is increased from-0.074 mm taking up 65.36%to 72.82%.
