全自动剥锌机阴极板防摇摆装置的设计与应用

摘要 由卢森堡保尔沃特引进的3.2m2大极板全自动剥锌机具有自动化程度高、机械动作简单、剥锌速度快等技术优势,但因进口剥锌机组对电解液、阴极板等条件要求较为苛刻,在实际使用过程中其防摇摆装置夹持失败率较高,易导致设备故障并影响剥锌机的使用效率。介绍一种应用于全自动剥锌机阴极板防摇摆装置的设计,通过伺服驱动控制的链条传送系统及PLC控制的气缸伸缩系统实现阴极板的精准夹持功能。完成改造后的全自动剥锌机一次夹板成功率在99%以上,解决了进口设备夹持失败率高、剥锌效率低的问题。 3.2 m2 large plate automatic zinc stripping machine improted from Paul Wurth,Luxembourg has the following technical advantages:high level of automation,simple mechanical action,fast zinc stripping speed,and so on,because of the rigorous requirements of electrolyte,cathode plate of imported zinc stripping machine,the anti-swing device often failed in the actual using process,it usually cause equipment failure,and the service efficiency of zinc stripping machine is affected greatly.A kind of new design for anti-swing device of cathode plate of automatic zinc stripping machine is introduced,which can realize the accurate clamping function of cathode plate through the chain transfer system controlled by servo drive and the cylinder expansion system controlled by PLC.The success rate of the clamp plate of automatic zinc stripping machine is above 99%after optimization,therefore the problems that high clamp failure rate,low zinc stripping efficiency is solved.
