优秀传统文化融入职业教育人才培养探究

摘要 我国优秀传统文化集中体现了中华民族思想、文化、情感、习惯等内容,反映了中华民族共同认同和普遍接受的道德观、价值观,思想内涵极为丰富。探究我国优秀传统文化融入职业教育人才培养,对于提升职业人才培养内涵、完善学生的思想品质、培育理想人格、提升学生政治思想素养和职业素养,具有重要意义。可从五个方面着手:增设课程标准,重构课程体系;打造具有我国优秀传统文化特色的职业教育师资队伍;充分利用学校和社会的人文资源和网络资源,有效组织教育教学;制定我国优秀传统文化教育考评体系,设立文化教育专项经费;加强家庭、学校与社会之间的配合,形成相互协作支持的文化教育合力。 China’s traditional excellent culture embodies the thoughts, cultures, emotions and customs of the Chinese nation, reflecting the morality and the values commonly recognized and accepted by the Chinese nation.It is of great significance to probe into the integration of Chinese traditional excellent culture into the vocational education talent cultivation, improve the connotation of vocational talent training, perfect students’ ideological quality, cultivate ideal personality, and enhance students’ political ideological and professional literacy. It can be realized from five aspects: fully uses the human and network resources of schools and society to conduct education and teaching;formulate the evaluation system of China’s traditional excellent culture education and establish the special fund for culture education;strengthen the cooperation among families, schools and society to form the mutual cooperation and support for culture education.
