戈舍瑞林联合孕三烯酮在子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后患者中的应用观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨戈舍瑞林联合孕三烯酮在子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后患者中应用的效果。方法:选取2017年6月~2018年6月收治的子宫内膜异位症行腹腔镜手术治疗患者140例,按术后治疗方案的不同分为研究组和参照组,各70例。参照组术后采用孕三烯酮治疗,研究组术后采用戈舍瑞林联合孕三烯酮治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应、治疗前后性激素水平及术后随访6个月妊娠、复发情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率95.71%高于参照组的84.29%(P<0.05);研究组治疗后促卵泡生成素、雌二醇、黄体生成素水平低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率7.14%与参照组的4.29%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组复发率1.43%低于参照组的11.43%,妊娠率41.43%高于参照组的24.29%(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后患者采用戈舍瑞林联合孕三烯酮治疗效果显著,能降低雌激素水平、复发率,提高妊娠率,且安全性高。
