摘要 为了提高煤矿安全监控系统信息推送的能力,实现海量信息的精准“消费”,通过分析国家通信服务相关政策和规定以及多种信息推送方式的特点,提出了使用云短信服务发送手机短信来进行信息推送的方法。介绍了以阿里云为代表的云短信服务基本情况,分析了煤矿安全监控系统信息推送的具体需求,明确了信息推送系统的建设目标,阐述了系统总体架构、功能结构、短信发送流程、配置管理Web终端、授权控制方法等技术关键的设计和实现。系统摈弃“短信机”,采用云短信进行信息推送的方法,实现了信息的分级订阅与发送,有效保障了信息快速可靠到达消费端,其短信发送形式也符合国家相关政策和规定,是将来的必然趋势,具有较高的推广价值。 In order to improve the information push capability of coal mine safety monitoring system and realize the accurate"consumption"of massive information,a method of using cloud SMS service to send mobile phone SMS as the way of information push was proposed by analyzing the related policies and regulations of national communication service and the characteristics of various information push methods.This paper introduced the basic situation of cloud SMS service represented by"cloud"ali,analyzed the specific requirements of information push of the coal mine safety monitoring system,clarified the construction goal of information push system,expounded the design and implementation of key technologies such as the system′s overall architecture,function structure,text messaging process,configuration management Web terminal,authorization control methods,etc.The system abandoned the"SMS machine"and adopt the cloud SMS to push information,realizing the hierarchical subscription and transmission of information,effectively ensuring the information to reach the consumer end quickly.And its SMS transmission form also conforms to the relevant national policies and regulations,thus it will be an inevitable trend in the future and be of high promotion value.
