摘要
针对鹤煤六矿选煤厂主洗系统处理能力不足、粗煤泥分选效果差、浮选尾矿跑煤等问题,介绍了选煤厂生产现状,对选煤厂生产工艺进行升级改造,通过分析各主要环节生产指标实验数据,提出选煤厂升级改造的整体解决方案,采用原煤脱泥无压三产品重介旋流器分选代替原有跳汰分选工艺,解决跳汰分选精度低、煤质适应性差及自动化程度低等问题,增加1台WT-200-Ⅱ型射流式微泡浮选机,对现有浮选尾矿进行二次扫选,达到提高浮选精煤抽出率的目的。选用2台∅30 m浓缩机用于处理煤泥水。该方案能有效解决选煤厂生产中存在的诸多问题,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,为同类型选煤厂升级改造提供了借鉴。
This paper introduces the production status of the coal preparation plant of Hebi No.6 Coal Mine,and upgrades the production process of the coal preparation plant according to the problems of insufficient treatment capacity of the main washing system,poor sorting effect of coarse coal slurry and coal run of flotation tailings.Through the analysis of the experimental data of the production indexes of the main links,the overall solution for the upgrading of the coal preparation plant is put forward.The original jigging separation process is replaced by the separation of raw coal desliming and pressureless three product dense medium hydrocyclone,to solve the problems of low jig separation accuracy,poor adaptability of coal quality and low degree of automation,adding one WT-200-Ⅱjet microbubble flotation machine,secondary cleaning of existing flotation tailings,to improve the extraction rate of flotation clean coal.Two sets of∅30 m thickeners were used to treat the slime water.The program can effectively solve many problems in the production of coal preparation plants,and has good economic and social benefits,and provides a reference for the upgrading of the same type of coal preparation plant.
