摘要
针对工作面开切眼跨度大、围岩变形严重等问题,采用数值模拟和现场实测的方法,对大断面开切眼巷道支护参数进行了设计。首先对巷道大跨度开切眼巷道支护参数进行设计,并提出了设计方案;采用FLAC^3D数值模拟软件和现场实测,分析了大跨度开切眼巷道水平位移和垂直位移变化情况,并对该方案进行验证。研究得出,该支护方案减少了支护材料成本,有效降低了顶板支护密度,巷道支护效果良好。
In view of the large opening of the working face and the serious deformation of the surrounding rock,this paper used the numerical simulation and on-site measurement method to design the support parameters of the large-section open-cut roadway.Firstly,the supporting parameters of large-span open cut roadway were designed,and the design scheme was put forward;then,using FLAC 3D numerical simulation software and field measurement,the horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of the large-span open-cut roadway were analyzed,and the scheme was verified.The research shows that the support scheme reduces the cost of supporting materials and effectively reduces the density of roof support,and the roadway support effect is good.
