摘要
为缓解矿井接替矛盾,提高煤炭资源回收率,采取柔模泵注混凝土沿空留巷技术。根据《公路隧道设计规范》计算巷道围岩压力,沿空留巷支护采用“锚网梁+锚索”联合支护,对留巷浇墙区顶板进行锚网索支护,在支架尾部的留巷浇墙区底板施工墙体基础,以保证“顶板—巷旁支护—底板”支围系统刚度,对巷道留巷施工工艺进行了详细分析。由矿压观测结果可知:工作面60 m以后,围岩活动基本稳定,留巷总体变形量小,技术效果良好。
In order to alleviate the contradiction of mine replacement and improve the recovery rate of coal resources,the technology of retaining roadway along gob by soft mode pumping was adopted.According to the code for design of highway tunnel,the surrounding rock pressure of roadway was calculated,"anchor mesh beam+anchor cable"combined support was adopted for gob side entry retaining,the roof of the wall pouring area of the reserved roadway was supported with anchor mesh and cable,the wall foundation was constructed at the bottom slab of the wall pouring area of the reserved lane at the end of the support,in order to ensure the rigidity of the support system of"roof-side support-floor",the construction technology of roadway retaining was analyzed in detail,from the observation results of mine pressure,it can be seen that after 60 m of working face,the surrounding rock activity was basically stable,the total deformation of the retained roadway was small,and the technical effect was good.
