2例外伤致髋关节损伤之伤病关系评定

Injury-disease Relationship Appraisal of 2 Cases of Hip Injury Caused by Trauma

法医临床鉴定中的伤病关系鉴定常因不同鉴定人有不同的理解而致同一案件的鉴定意见存在较大差异。本文从鉴定原则出发,对髋关节外伤后的损伤结局、外伤与损伤结局间的因果关系、伤病关系的表述方式、对与髋关节损伤存在因果关系的并发症及后遗症等,作了相关的伤病关系评定。

In forensic clinical appraisal, the relationship between injury and disease is often different because of different appraisers’ different understanding, which results in a great difference in the appraisal opinions of the same case. Based on appraisal principles, injury outcome after hip joint injury, the cause-and-effect relationship between injury and injury outcome, the expression of injury-disease relation, and the complications and sequelae related to hip joint injury are evaluated in this paper.
