Discussions on 1 Case of Ipsilateral Testicular Atrophy after Indirect Inguinal Herniorrhaphy

本文结合1例腹股沟斜疝修补术致同侧睾丸萎缩的纠纷案,分析得出院方未尽到高度注意义务与患者右侧睾丸萎缩有直接因果关系,进而提出通过全面收集与损害后果相关的临床资料、查明被鉴定人是否积极配合院方治疗及认真执行医嘱情况、遵循事实因果关系等措施,来确保作出科学合理的鉴定评判。

Combining with 1 dispute case of ipsilateral testicular atrophy after indirect inguinal herniorrhaphy,this paper analyzes and concludes that that there is a direct causal relationship between the failure of the hospital to fulfill the duty of care and the right testicular atrophy of the patient, and proposes the following measures to ensure scientific and reasonable appraisal: comprehensively collecting clinical data related to the consequences of injury;finding out whether the identified person is actively cooperating with the hospital for treatment and earnestly implementing the doctor’s advice;and following factual causality.
