利益相关者理论视角下的暴力伤医发生机制初探

A Preliminary Study on the Mechanism of Violence Injury to Doctors from the Perspective of Stakeholder Theory

本文基于"利益相关者理论"分析三例暴力伤医事件后,认为其中的利益相关者包括医方、患方、政府部门和媒体等不同领域的群体和个人;经其彼此间的博弈,有部分患者会认为其利益诉求与现实所得之间产生了令其不可接受的偏差,其对偏差的处理方式就是使用暴力;因而为建立和维护良好的医疗秩序,各利益相关者都应正确付出各自相应的努力。

Based on the "stakeholders theory", this paper analyzes three cases of violent injuries to doctors and believes that the stakeholders include groups and inindividuals in different fields such as doctors, patients, government departments and media.Through the game among them, some patients will think that there is an unacceptable deviation between their interest demands and their real gains, and the way to deal with the deviation is to use violence.Therefore, in order to establish and maintain a good medical order, all stakeholders should make appropriate efforts.
