摘要
为了将多糖基材料应用于更多的绿色包装领域,介绍了多糖基可食用膜的概念与分类,系统阐述了多糖基可食用膜的代表及其成膜特性,并列举了多糖基可食用膜在果蔬、肉制品及其他方面的应用。对多糖基可食用膜材料目前存在的主要问题及未来的发展前景进行了分析和展望。
In order to apply polysaccharide-based materials to more green packaging fields, the concept and classification of polysaccharide-based edible films were introduced, the representative of polysaccharide-based edible films and their film-forming properties were systematically described, and the applications of polysaccharide-based edible film in fruits, vegetables, meat products and other aspects were listed. The main problems and future development prospects of polysaccharide-based edible film materials were analyzed and forecasted.
