Research progress on the comprehensive utilization of vegetable wax

对国内外植物蜡的研究现状进行了详细综述,总结了几种植物蜡的主要成分,介绍了其在食品中的应用,作为可食用涂膜在果蔬保鲜中的应用以及在日用化工品中的应用,提出国内在植物蜡研究利用方面存在的问题,并展望今后研究重点和推广方向,旨在为进一步深入开发利用植物蜡资源提供一些思考和借鉴。

The research progresses of vegetable wax at home and abroad were reviewed in details. The main components of several vegetable wax were summarized, and their applications in foods, as an edible film in the preservation of fruits and vegetables and in the application of daily chemicals were introduced. The problem in studies and utilization on vegetable wax were proposed, and the future research and promotion direction were prospected, so as to provide some thoughts and reference for the further development and utilization of vegetable wax resources.
