摘要
采用原位涂层抑制结焦技术,对Cr35Ni45工业裂解炉管样片,分别使用空气烧焦、空气+水蒸气烧焦、急冷等方式进行处理,结合裂解结焦量、SEM和EDS表征,研究了烧焦对Cr35Ni45乙烯裂解炉管锰铬尖晶石薄膜的影响。表征结果显示,各处理方式对Cr35Ni45原位涂层试样的表面形态影响不大。实验结果表明,850℃空气烧焦、850℃空气+水蒸气(体积比为1∶1)烧焦、急冷处理,可使Cr35Ni45原位涂层试样的结焦量下降,对试样的表面元素组成影响偏良性;900℃空气烧焦处理可使Cr35Ni45原位涂层试样的结焦量上升,对试样的表面元素组成影响偏差。
Cr35Ni45 samples that were cut from industrial pyrolysis furnace tube were treated with in-situ coating anti-coking technology.Then the samples were treated by decoking with air,decoking with air and steam and quenching respectively.Combining with pyrolysis coking amount,SEM and EDS characterization,the effect of decoking on manganese chromium spinel film on Cr35Ni45 material surface was studied.The characterization results showed that the surface morphology of Cr35Ni45 in-situ coating samples was not affected obviously by different treatment methods.The experiment result showed that the coking amount of Cr35Ni45 in-situ coating samples could be reduced after decoking with air at 850℃,decoking with air and steam(volume ratio of 1∶1)at 850℃and quenching,and the effect on the surface element composition of the samples was benign.The coking amount of Cr35Ni45 in-situ coating samples could be increased after decoking at 900℃,and the effect on the surface element composition of the samples was deviated.
