摘要
气-液-固三相流化床因混合均匀、相间接触面积大、传热传质速率快且温度易于控制等优点在工业领域广泛应用,但气-液-固三相的流动复杂且难以测定。利用小波包分析方法,计算经4层小波分解后各个频带的能量占比,利用能量占比特征对气-液-固三相流的流型进行识别。实验结果表明,利用小波包多分辨的优点,可以有效提取气-液-固三相流的流型特征;利用小波包能量占比特征可以准确地识别气-液-固三相流流型,有效识别率达90.95%,可为封闭或浑浊体系中气-液-固三相流流型的判别提供借鉴。
Gas-liquid-solid three-phase fluidized bed is widely used in industry due to its advantages of homogeneous mixing,large interphase contact area,vigorous heat and mass transfer rate and easy to control the temperature.However,gas-liquid-solid three-phase flow is complex and difficult to measure.In this work,the energy ratio of each frequency band after four-layer wavelet decomposition is calculated by using wavelet packet analysis method,and the flow pattern of gas-liquid-solid threephase flow is identified by using energy ratio characteristics.The results show that the characteristics of flow pattern of gas-liquid-solid three-phase flow can be extracted effectively by using wavelet packet multiresolution.The energy ratio of wavelet packet can be used to accurately identify the flow pattern of gas-liquid-solid three-phase flow,and the effective recognition rate reaches 90.95%.This study is of great significance for the determination of gas-liquid-solid flow pattern of closed or turbidity systems.
