摘要
CRISPR/Cas9系统通过靶向突变对植物基因组进行编辑,是研究基因功能和作物改良的第三代基因编辑工具。本文介绍了CRISPR/Cas9打靶系统基本结构、工作原理,并展示了其在作物基因功能研究和品质改良中的应用前景。
CRISPR/Cas9 system is a third generationtool for gene function studying and crop improvement by modified plants genome with the multiple targeted mutations.In this review,the basic structure and principle of genome editing CRISPR/Cas9 system and its applications in gene functional research and precision molecular breeding of crops were shown.
