地权安排和土地流转产生土地红利,进而影响城乡经济协调发展。本文讨论地权安排对土地红利分配的影响,农民收益在征地补偿制度中存在帕累托改进空间。本文构建了两部门的动态随机一般均衡模型,将地权安排、土地红利和城乡经济串联成一个有机整体,通过仿真讨论土地红利变化对城乡经济的具体影响。本文的政策含义是,要进一步协调推进城乡一体化,实现城市和农村经济双赢,完善土地权能结构十分迫切,实现土地红利分配改进的征地制度是必要的。

Land dividend comes from land property rights and land circulation,and has an effect on the coordination of urban and rural economy.This article discusses the influence on the land dividend from land property rights,finds the pareto improvement of farmers'income in land expropriation compensation system.A dynamic stochastic general equilibrium model of two sectors is constructed,which links land ownership arrangement,land dividend and urban and rural economy into an organic system,and discusses the specific impact of land dividend on urban and rural economy by simulation.It is urgent to further coordinate and promote the integration of urban and rural areas,realize the win-win situation of urban and rural economy,improve the structure of land rights and power,and improve the land expropriation compensation system is necessary to realize the land dividend distribution.
