天下共生:新时代中国国际秩序观的再建构

The Symbiosis of the Tianxia: Re-construction of China’s View of International Order in the New Era

步入社会主义新时代的中国正以自身古典思想资源中的"天下与共生"理念来重塑自身的国际秩序观。这种对现存国际秩序观的再建构是以西方资本主义国际秩序观面临的多重困境为外部条件的。与此同时,新时代的中国通过不断深入挖掘自身传统文化中的秩序观念并与马克思主义国际观及其中国化的最新成果相结合作为构建新型国际秩序观的现实依据。为使中国顺利成长为一个世界大国,需要营造稳定有序的周边环境,和谐周边成为中国经略周边、构建周边差序秩序的优先选择;在全球层次,则以"天下秩序与共生意识"为理念指引,以人类命运共同体为目标,进而为构建国际政治经济新秩序提供中国方案。

In the new era of socialism,China is reshaping its view of international order with the"Tianxia and symbiosis"of its classical thought resources.This re-construction of the existing view of the international order takes the multiple difficulties faced by the Western capitalist view of international order as its external conditions.In the new era,China has deeply excavated the concept of order in its traditional culture,which is based on the international view of Marxism and its latest achievements of Sinicization.In order to become a world power,China needs to build a stable and orderly peripheral environment,with the harmonious relations with its neighboring countries as the top priority in constructing the circumjacent differential order.At the global level,we should take"The Tianxia Order and the Awareness of Symbiosis"as the guiding idea and the destiny community of mankind as the goal to provide China’s plan for the construction of a new international political and economic order.
