儿童膳食指数的研究现状及应用前景

摘要 目前大多国家已建立较为完善的成人膳食指数法评估膳食质量,但儿童的膳食指数法研究较少甚至部分国家尚未形成相应的评价体系。本文分别简述了以食物为基础构建的膳食指数方法和以混合膳食指数为基础构建的膳食指数方法,指出了各儿童膳食指数的评价指标及评价方法的特点及在科学研究中的应用情况。同时展望了目前中国儿童膳食指数的应用前景,通过开发网络版膳食指数评价工具实现儿童膳食指数在科研领域外的实际应用价值。并从个体及群体层面指出其可能在学生餐的营养搭配、贫血或食物过敏儿童的餐饮管理及儿童青春期膳食评估管理等方面的应用。本文为促进中国儿童膳食指数的修订与完善提供了方法,为促进我国儿童营养健康的提升提供了可行的技术工具。 At present,most countries have established a relatively complete adult dietary index.However,the research of children's dietary index is rare,even some countries have not yet developed a corresponding evaluation system.This paper reviewed the food-based dietary index method and the mixed dietary index to expound the characteristics of the components and evaluation methods of children's dietary index in various countries and its application in scientific research.It was looked forward to the application prospects and through the development of web-based dietary index evaluation tools to achieve the practical application value of children's dietary index in the field of scientific research outside.In addition,the situation in nutrition collocation of students5 meals,food management of children with anemia or food allergies,and dietary assessment and management of adolescent children from individual and group level were illustrated.This paper provided a method for Chinese children's diet index and a feasible technical tool for promoting the children's nutritional health in China.
