介绍了一种复杂型线304不锈钢铣槽式夹层锻件的电子束焊接,通过对工件的结构分析、轨迹分割与简化、参数调试试验,最终制定了适合于该结构件的电子束焊接的工艺方案,并成功应用。

This paper introduces a kind of electron beam welding for the complex 304 stainless steel forgings with milling groove type of sandwich structure.Through analysis of the structure of workpiece,separation and simplification of the track,and debugging of the parameters,the electronic beam welding technology suitable for the structural parts has been finally developed and applied successfully.
