摘要
某公司生产的35CrMo托轮轴锻件在粗加工后无损检测中发现水口端有严重超标缺陷。通过低倍试验、宏观断口分析、化学分析、电镜分析和金相分析等方法对其超标缺陷部位进行分析。结果表明:该托轮轴锻件缺陷是钢锭浇注过程中粘附夹杂的水口结瘤物掉入钢液中所形成的与基体材质差别不大的异金属夹杂缺陷。
The riser end of 35CrMo support-wheel shaft forging produced by a company has been found a serious defect exceeding the standard in the non destructive test after rough machining.The defect has been analyzed by macroscopic test,macroscopic fracture analysis,chemical analysis,electron microscopy and metallographic analysis.The results show that the forging defect of the support wheel shaft is a heterrometallic inclusion defect formed by the nodulation at the pouring gate sticking to the inclusion falling into the molten steel during the pouring process of the ingot,which is not different from the matrix material.
