摘要
金相微观分析显示,钢轨闪光焊接断口中的灰斑缺陷是在平滑区域中存在点状硅酸盐夹杂物。通过现场试验与焊接工艺过程分析,得出灰斑形成于焊接烧化阶段。对焊接曲线分析,找出大灰斑形成的特征曲线。在此基础上对焊接工艺参数进行设计与焊接试验,试验结果表明,合理的参数设计能有效控制断口灰斑的面积。
The metallographic microscopic analysis shows that the gray spot defect in the flash welding fracture of the rail is the presence of point silicate inclusions in the smooth region.Through field test and welding process analysis,it is concluded that the gray spot formed in the welding burning stage.By analyzing the welding curve,it finds out the characteristic curve of the formation of large gray spot.On this basis,the welding process parameters have been designed and the welding test has been carried out.The test results show that the reasonable parameter design can effectively control the area of the fracture gray spot.
