摘要 目的设计研发一种可以检测常用肺功能参数的蓝牙便携式设备。方法采用单片机为主控模块采集、处理高精度压敏电阻数据,通过定标参数、线性插值的方法来计算测试数据。测试蓝牙肺功能仪的标准呼吸模拟器误差和实际测量误差。结果蓝牙肺功能仪设计成功,可以监测用力呼气容量(FVC)、峰值呼气流速、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)以及FEV1/FVC值。仪器符合要求且与耶格肺功能测试仪比较,6名受试者通过蓝牙肺功能仪测得的测量误差都在5%以内。结论该设备小巧方便,能够满足临床以及家庭测试的应用要求。 Objective To design and develop a bluetooth portable device which can detect common lung function parameters.Methods The data of high precision varistor were collected and processed by single chip microcomputer.And the test data were calculated by calibration parameters and linear interpolation.Standard breathing simulator error and actual measurement error for testing bluetooth lung function meter.Results The bluetooth lung function instrument was designed successfully,which could monitor forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow,forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC.The requirement was met by the bluetooth pulmonary function.Compared with the yeger pulmonary function tester,the measuring error by the bluetooth pulmonary function tester of six subjects were all within 5%.Conclusion The device is small and convenient,and can meet the application requirements of clinical and home tests.
