糖尿病患者骨质疏松评估、危险因素及相关机制的研究进展

Research progress on osteoporosis assessment,risk factors and related mechanisms in diabetic patients

随着人口老龄化,糖尿病和骨质疏松症患病率越来越高,它们经常合并发生,导致跌倒、骨折等不良结局,严重影响患者的生活质量和预期寿命。因此,需要以最佳方式对糖尿病和骨质疏松症的患者进行有效诊治和管理。以往认为糖尿病和骨质疏松症是相互独立的两种疾病,但最新的研究显示它们之间可能存在相互作用关系,并且有着复杂的病理生理机制。了解两者之间的相互关系,掌握有效的骨质疏松骨折风险评估方法,对于更好的诊治这两种疾病至关重要。本文通过对国内外现有的关于糖尿病和骨质疏松症相互关系、病理生理机制及骨折风险评估等相关研究进行简要综述,期望能够帮助临床更好地认识和诊治这两种疾病。

With the aging of population,diabetes and osteoporosis are on the rise,which are often coexist and affected by aging.Diabetes and osteoporosis may bring about adverse outcomes such as falls and fractures,which seriously affect the life quality and expectancy of patients.Patients with coexisting diabetes and osteoporosis should be managed in an optimal way.In the past,diabetes and osteoporosis were considered as separate diseases,but the latest research shows that there may be a complex pathophysiological interaction between them.It is important to understand the relationship between the two diseases and to master the effective method of osteoporosis fracture risk assessment.In this study,we systematically review the international and domestic research regarding interrelationships,pathophysiological mechanisms between diabetes and osteoporosis,and fracture risk assessment,to provide a better understanding and treatment of these two diseases.
