摘要
自动乳腺全容积成像是一项新的三维超声成像技术,能够在通过宽幅高频探头自动连续地扫描获取乳房全容积信息的同时实现标准化存储,不仅操作者依赖性小,而且便于重复观察,还能显示独特的冠状面信息,已在乳腺病变检出、定位、大小测量、良恶性鉴别及预测乳腺癌分子分型和预后等方面显示出独特优势。现就其在乳腺癌筛查和诊断中的研究进展及前景进行综述。
Automated breast volume scanning is a new three-dimensional ultrasound imaging technology, which can scan the whole breast automatically and continuously by using the wide-band high-frequency probe while achieving standardized storage. It is not only operator-dependent, but also easy to observe repeatedly and reconstruct the unique coronal plane. At present, it has shown unique advantages in breast lesion detection, localization, size measurement, differential diagnosis and prediction of breast cancer molecular subtypes and prognosis. The progress and prospect in breast cancer screening and diagnosis were reviewed.
