摘要 乳腺导管内原位癌(ductal carcinoma in situ,DCIS)是女性常见恶性肿瘤之一,其检出率随着医学影像技术的进步而逐年提高。超声是诊断乳腺病变的常规影像学检查方法之一。评估DCIS时,超声主要作为乳腺X线摄影的辅助手段,在诊断有症状的DCIS患者中尤为重要。随着超声诊断仪器的更新,超声弹性成像、超声造影等新技术的出现,DCIS的超声检出率得以提高。多种超声技术联合应用实现了DCIS的早期诊断,在DCIS的早发现早治疗中发挥了重要的作用。 Ductal carcinoma in situ(DCIS) is one of the most common malignant tumors in women. The detection rate has been increasing year by year with the continuous advancement of medical imaging technique. Ultrasonography is one of the conventional imaging examination of breast disease. In the evaluation of DCIS, ultrasound is considered to be an adjunct to screening mammograph, particularly important in patients with symptomatic DCIS. Due to the update of ultrasound equipment and appearance of new techniques such as ultrasound elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound, the ultrasonic detection rate of DCIS is improved. The application of multiple ultrasound techniques enables early diagnosis of DCIS. It plays an important role in the early detection and early treatment of DCIS.
