摘要
子宫内膜癌为妇科常见恶性肿瘤之一,早发现、早诊断和完善的术前评估对子宫内膜癌患者至关重要。目前,二维超声测量子宫内膜厚度以及评估血流信号对子宫内膜癌有一定的诊断价值,但对于肌层浸润深度以及宫颈浸润与否的评估价值有限。随着技术发展,三维超声也逐渐应用于诊断子宫内膜癌。本文对三维超声在子宫内膜癌诊断中的应用进展以及诊断价值进行综述。
Endometrial carcinoma is one of the common gynecological malignant tumours. Early detection, early diagnosis and preoperative evaluation are very important for patients with endometrial carcinoma. At present, the measurement of endometrial thickness and the evaluation of blood flow signal by two-dimensional ultrasound are of value in diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma, but the value for evaluating myometrial invasion and cervical stroma infiltration is limited. With the development of technology, three-dimensional ultrasound has gradually been applied in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. The purpose of this paper is to review the application and diagnostic value of three-dimensional ultrasound in endometrial carcinoma.
