自拟下乳方配合穴位按摩治疗产后缺乳病的治疗效果及药学机理分析

Therapeutic effect and p harmacological mechanism analysis of self-made XiaRuFang combined with acupoint massage on postpartum hypogalactia

目的:探究穴位按摩联合自拟下乳方对产后缺乳病治疗的临床效果并分析药学机理。方法:以2019年1~9月我院产后缺乳病患者350例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组175例。对照组常规治疗,研究组通过穴位按摩和自拟下乳方联合治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为94.86%、82.86%,研究组治疗效果显著优于对照组(χ2=12.73,P=0.0004);治疗前两组新生儿饥饿评分无明显差异,治疗后两组评分均有一定程度提高但研究组评分显著高于对照组(t=12.684,P=0.000)。结论:自拟下乳方具有益气补血和通经下乳的功效,配合穴位按摩可增强效果,两种方法联合治疗产后缺乳病具有显著的临床效果,可在临床上推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with self-made Xia Ru Fang in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia and to analyze its pharmacological mechanism. Methods:350 patients with postpartum hypogalactia in our hospital from January 2019 to September 2019 were randomly divided into study group and control group,175 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated routinely. Patients in study group were treated by acupoint massage and self-designed inferior breast recipe. The therape utic effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rates of the study group and the control group were 94.86% and 82.86%,respectively. The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (χ2=12.73,P =0.0004). There was no significant difference in neonatal hunger score between the two groups before treatment,but the score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment(t=12.684,P=0.000).Conclusion:The self-made XiaRu Formula has the effects of Invigorating Qi and blood circulation,and can be enhanced by acupoint massage. The combination of the two methods has significant clinical effect in treating postpartum hypogalactia,which can be widely promoted and applied in clinic.
