解毒开窍汤联合头孢曲松钠治疗化脓性脑膜炎临床分析

Clinical Observation of Pelvic Floor Biofeedback Combined with Jiangu Yiqing Decoction in the Treatment of Postpartum Pelvic Floor Relaxation Syndrome

目的:观察解毒开窍汤联合头孢曲松钠治疗化脓性脑膜炎对血清降钙素原(PCT)水平及C-反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:74例随机分为对照组和观察组各37例。两组均给予静脉注射头孢曲松钠治疗,观察组加用解毒开窍汤口服,比较两组临床治疗效果、PCT、CRP水平及临床症状消失时间。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后PCT水平、CRP水平观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05),临床症状消失时间观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:解毒开窍汤联合头孢曲松钠治疗化脓性脑膜炎可提高治疗效果,并有效改善PCT、CRP水平,缩短症状消失时间。

Objective:To observe the effect of Jiedu Kaiqiao Decoction combined with ceftriaxone sodium on serum procalcitonin(PCT) level and C-reactive protein(CRP) of purulent meningitis. Method: 74 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with ceftriaxone sodium intravenously and the observation group were treated with Jiedu Kaiqiao Decoction in addition. The clinical treatment effect, PCT, CRP level and the time for the symptoms to disappear was compared between the two groups. Result: The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05). The PCT and CRP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The time for the symptoms to disappear in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Jiedu Kaiqiao Decoction could improve the therapeutic effect, effectively improve the level of PCT and CRP and shorten the time for the symptoms to disappear in the treatment of purulent meningitis.
