盆底生物反馈结合健固怡情汤治疗产后盆底松弛综合征临床研究

Clinical Observation of Pelvic Floor Biofeedback Combined with Jiangu Yiqing Decoction in the Treatment of Postpartum Pelvic Floor Relaxation Syndrome

目的:研究盆底生物反馈结合健固怡情汤治疗产后盆底松弛综合征的临床疗效。方法:140例随机分为试验组和对照组各70例,两组均用盆底生物反馈治疗,试验组加用健固怡情汤治疗。结果:盆底器官脱垂改善总有效率试验组高于对照组(P<0.05),尿失禁改善总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。性生活改善总有效率试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盆底生物反馈结合健固怡情汤治疗产后盆底松弛综合征疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor biofeedback combined with Jiangu Yiqing Decoction in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor relaxation syndrome. Methods: 140 cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 70 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with pelvic floor biofeedback, and the experimental group was treated with Jiangu Yiqing Decoction. Result: The total effective rate of improving pelvic floor organ prolapse was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of improving urinary incontinence in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of improving sexual life in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Pelvic floor biofeedback combined with Jiangu Yiqing Decoction is effective in treating postpartum pelvic floor relaxation syndrome.
