中药结合浮针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床研究

Clinical Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Floating Needles in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:观察中药结合浮针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:120例随机分成对照组及观察组各60例。两组均用瓜蒌红花汤加减治疗,对照组加用常规电针治疗,观察组加用浮针治疗。结果:两组治疗后疼痛程度、疼痛面积均明显减小(P<0.05),且观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药结合浮针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with floating needles in treating postherpetic neuralgia.Method:120 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Gualou Honghua Decoction.The control group were treated with conventional electroacupuncture in addition while the observation group were treated with floating needles in addition.Result:After treatment,the pain degree and pain area were significantly reduced in both groups(P<0.05)and the improvement in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with floating needles is effective in treating postherpetic neuralgia.
