微针刀浅筋膜层松解术结合补肾活血祛痛方治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的:观察微针刀浅筋膜层松解术结合补肾活血祛痛方治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效。方法:96例按照随机数字表法分为实验组及参照组各48例。两组均用微针刀浅筋膜层松解术治疗,实验组加用补肾活血祛痛方治疗。结果:实验组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05),治疗后实验组JOA评分较参照组高(P<0.05),VAS评分较参照组低(P<0.05)。结论:微针刀浅筋膜层松解术结合补肾活血祛痛方治疗LDH疗效较好。
