摘要
泡沫不稳定会缩短油田泡沫驱作业的有效期,为探究泡沫的稳定性,采用Warning-Blender方法评价了4种表面活性剂的起泡性能及稳泡性能,并考察了8种纳米颗粒的稳泡性能。结果表明:表面活性剂AES起泡效果较优;4种球状纳米颗粒未能与AES形成稳定的协同作用;4种二维纳米颗粒对泡沫的稳定作用较强,相同质量分数下粒径越小的纳米颗粒稳泡性能越好。基于二维纳米颗粒S-GO制备了一种长效泡沫体系,起泡体积为488 mL,泡沫析液半衰期为48 min。冷冻刻蚀扫描电镜考察表明,薄层二维纳米颗粒以薄膜形式覆盖在气液界面膜上,增强了气液界面膜的机械强度。
Instability of foam will shorten the effective period of foam flooding operation in oilfield, so foam stability needs enough attention. In this paper, the foaming and stabilizing properties of surfactants were evaluated by Warning-Blender method. The foaming stabilizing properties of nanoparticles were also investigated. The results showed that AES has better foaming effect performance. The four spherical nanoparticles failed to form a stable synergistic effect with AES. Four kinds of nano carbon materials exhibited strong foam stability, and the smaller the size of the nanoparticles was, the better the foam stability was. A long-acting foam system was prepared by nano 2 D carbon material S-GO. The foaming volume was 488 mL, and the foam half life was 48 min. The result of cryo-etched scanning electron microscope showed that the mechanical strength of gas-liquid interfacial film was enhanced by the thin layered nanoparticles which covered the gas-liquid interfacial films in the form of thin films.
