水溶液法合成丙烯酸系耐盐性高吸水树脂 被引量:11

Synthesis of Acrylic Super Absorbent Polymer with Salt Resistance by Aqueous Solution Polymerization

摘要 本研究采用水溶液法合成(以丙烯酸为单体)丙烯酸系高吸水树脂(耐盐性),探讨了单体中和度、引发剂用量、交联剂用量、聚合温度等因素对高吸水树脂(SAP)吸水性能的影响。通过引入无机氧化物提高高吸水树脂的耐盐性,并对无机氧化物的形式和用量对高吸水树脂吸水性能的影响进行了研究。通过大量实验对高吸水树脂性能进行优化,获得丙烯酸系SAP的最佳合成工艺:引发剂为(NH 4)2S 2O 8/Na 2SO 3,反应温度70℃,反应时间4h以及80%的中和度;用量:正硅酸四乙酯1wt%,交联剂0.03wt%,Na 2SO 30.1wt%,(NH 4)2S 2O 80.2wt%。结果表明,合成得到的SAP样品吸水量和0.9wt%生理盐水吸收量分别为1139 g/g和91 g/g。 High absorbent resin(SAP)was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization using acrylic acid as the monomer.How the monomer neutralization degree,initiator dosage,crosslinking agent dosage,and polymerization temperature,etc.,influence the absorbent performance of the high absorbent resin(SAP)was investigated.The effect of the form and amount of inorganic oxides on the absorbent properties of the absorbent resin was studied by introducing inorganic oxides to improve the salt tolerance of the resin.Through a large number of experiments to optimize the performance of high-absorbent resins,the optimized synthesis condition of the acrylic acid system SAP(salt-resistant)was obtained,that is,using(NH 4)2S 2O 8/Na 2SO 3 as the initiator,70℃as the treaction temperature,4 hours as the reaction time and 80%the neutralization.The systhesis condition also include the dosages,that is tetraethyl silicate 1wt%,crosslinking agent 0.03wt%,Na 2SO 30.1wt%,(NH 4)2S 2O 80.2wt%.The results show that the synthetic SAP sample absorbs water and absorbs 0.9wt%of the saline water was 1139g/g and 91g/g,respectively.
