新中国成立70年来,中国海洋事业快速发展。几十年的探索和改革逐步建立了适合中国国情的海洋管理体制机制,为海洋综合管理奠定了制度性基础。初步建立健全了海洋法律体系,为发展海洋经济、维护海洋权益、建设海洋生态文明提供了法律保障。积极参与全球海洋治理,维护海洋主权、安全和海洋权益,履行国际义务,妥善处理与有关国家的海洋问题。70年来,中国始终并将永远是世界和平的建设者、全球发展的贡献者、国际秩序的维护者。

Over the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the marine programs of China have developed rapidly.Decades of exploration and reform have gradually established the marine management system and mechanism that suit China’s national conditions,laying an institutional foundation for comprehensive marine management.The marine legal system has been preliminarily established and improved,providing legal guarantees for the development of marine economy,the protection of marine rights and interests,and the construction of marine ecological civilization.China makes an active contribution to the global ocean governance,safeguards maritime sovereignty,security,rights,and interests,implements corresponding international obligations,and properly manages maritime issues with relevant countries.China has been and will always be a builder of world peace,contributor to global development and keeper of international order.
